Big concern on a car this age is undercarriage rust. Depending what region of the country this car came from this could be a deal breaker. Pay very close attention to the undercarriage brake lines, fuel lines, floor metal, gas tank...etc.

I recently bought a 86 project needed a master cylinder, gas lines, a tire, window switches, and a new rear bumper. Fixed everything except the bumper and windows and I spent less than 100 bucks for everything so it all depends on what it needs and if you do the work yourself
