What are sum good upgrades for an 86 cutlass
supreme?

Are you talking aesthetics or performance? For performance, it would be good to know what engine you are working with and what you want to achieve. For aesthetics, "Tom" suggested a good start. New tires (maybe a little oversize) and wheels make a big impact as does a refreshed paint scheme.
