Hi Michael..yep I believe you, I found a figure of 130, what they said was "theoretical" because the speedometer was pinned at PAST 120, and 0-60 in 7.9..that IS a pin-you-back-in-the-seat car. If you have a habit of that please make sure your tires are rated for that...the danger is real for most tires

Thanks, my estimation comes from some empirical testing and anecdotal evidence from drivers. I used V rated Eagle GT+4 "Police Pursuit" white stripe tires. Remember, this is the 430/455 developed at the latter part of the 1960's. Not a re-hash or over bore but a totally new design. 20 mpg, 425 HP/475 Lb-Ft, dyno (2009) Scotty's SRT, Shady Hills, Florida, Actual. 15.5 sec quarter mile at 89 mph for a 4,700 lb car. Ran down a BMW 5 Series. My car looks like this but is brown.
