My 2000 camero is making noise what do I do?

Asked by Ariel Jun 07, 2015 at 04:07 PM about the 2000 Chevrolet Camaro

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My engine compartment started to
make noise like a meat/onion slicer
yesterday and now it's making the
same noise plus an additional noise.
Does anyone have an idea of what
its?

you need to start it,wear some eye protection, check the alternator belt and power steering belt, check oil, coolant, and power steering fluid.also the trans fluid.

If you cannot see anything wrong, have a tech listen, try not to overheat it or run it out of fluids, anything that rotates can have anything trapped. We cannot hear it from here.
