I have a 200 chevy cavalier 2.2L, while driving it just died, I have a new starter, and battery is 100%, also replaced the ignition switch, still no luck.

Before you can fix it you need to know the problem. Is it getting spark? Is it getting gas? Is it getting air? When it died was it like shutting a switch off, or was it boggy and slowly died?

It just quit like a switch was turned off.

Ignition supply coil. Magnetic pickupcoil (crank shaft sensor). Those are only guesses.
