Check all battery connection and battery for proper charge. if all that is ok. then If base or z24 model and it won't even try to spin over check the clutch pedal safety switch. If Ls model check neutral safety switch. In sure Ls model is in park.

I just replaced the whole left and right turn signal switch in my car. Hazards work but not my left and right turn signal. From what I was told it is the Access Relay. Where is this relay located at?
