How much would one of these be worth if its rusted and things keep falling off?

I am buying a car from a family friend and I am wondering how much it is work becuase it is very beat up and rusty. Things keep falling off of it too. I feel like i am paying to much and I would like to know how much it would be worth.

1981 New Yorker should be free, if that "friend" is selling it to you, your paying to much at any price.

Take the car to a new car dealer and use it as a trade in on the clean air act you can get up to 3000 dollars in trade in ..otherwise get rid of it you wont find parts to it
