my truck is a 2000 chevy 1500 5.3l and it wont start

i stopped at a stop sign and the rpms started to fall and started to sputter and then it died i tried starting it a couple times right after and it started and died in a matter of seconds then it  would fire but not turn over and now it wont even fire or turn over what could be the problem? please help

Probably fuel pump... if it was running rough before / getting worse, that would be a good sign. It could also be a bad injector(s)
