Compression test

I did a compression test on my truck and on cylinder 1&3 I
got 150 psi and the rest I got 180psi does anyone know
why

Your headgasket could be blown between those cylinders

Within 10 percent is normal, 30psi down in cylinders beside each other is something more. Most likely and hopefully just the head gasket.

I doubt that is a blown head gasket. Most likely this is engine wear from high miles or slightly burned valves.
