I have a 1999 Camaro with 171000 miles and it has started to make a loud rattling noise in my engine what do i do to fix it?

i changed my oil and it had lots of metal pieces and the oil was gray and had
the texture of wet clay

Time for a new engine or a rebuild of the one you have. Metal in the oil is very bad.

I have a Chevrolet Camaro 1999 done 50,000 miles , just recently started making a whining noise when I put my foot on the gas, sounds a bit like driving an electric car.
