Car not starting

On day my99cavalier wouldn't start changed
starter,new battery,new plugs,and
wires,checked coil pack all were good
getting plenty of gas still nothing will turn
over like it wants to start but doing nothing

Yes fly wheel and all are it will act like it wants to fire but nothing I checked all fuses too stit nothing

Yes because the crank is still turning.But not firing at the proper time.
