Cvj transmission

My cvj that goes into the transmission
is making a grinding Whistle noise  I
just had my front end redone and the
bal. joint came out  do you think my
transmission or cvj I had sent a picture

The tire just can off a bit it’s drives but I don’t want it to do more damage
