1992 Chevy beake lights don’t worked messed with it changed a bulb and
worked then drove it and nope didn’t

Check your fuses and check the bulb sockets for corrosion. With a multi meter you can check for power at the brake lights. A damaged wire is also a possibility.

Is it just one or both of the brake lights? Had the same problem on my truck.it was a bad wire
