1974 plymouth fury stalling issues.
I have a 1974 plymouth fury, has a 360 small block, holley
600cfm 4 barrel, air gap intake, shorty headers and flow
master exhaust. I purchased this recently and it ran great,
drove it 2 hours home with no issues. The next day it didn't
want to start so I broke open the carb and it was full of
rust. I replaced it with a new one of the same model but
with and electric choke instead of a manual, got it to run
and it idles good in park but as soon as I put it into gear it
wants to stall, driving down the road it stumbles and
hesitates. Thinking it was still fuel related I changed the
fuel filter and full pump. Still have the same issue, I also
replaced the pcv valve thinking that might be the issue. Any
suggestions would be great I'm at a loss, no amount of
tuning the carb has made a difference.
