98 Chevy astro seems to have both frozen break and power steering lines. Temps in single digits for the two days it's been happening. Is there anything I can add to the fluids to thaw it?

That oil is hydraulic fluid and will not freeze, I don't care if it's 50 below, it will thicken but never freeze solid

The brakes go hard and don't stop the van the couple of inches the brake pedal gives. The strewing is very hard to turn.
