2009 corolla security module location?
How do I replace the security module on a 2009 toyota corrolla? is it really
behind the aircon unit in dash? can I get to it without removing dash?
No, the ECU is in the middle but the anti theft is way up on the left. I have never tried to access one so not sure how -- click for full screen

The diagram isn’t the same car. To answer your question I believe that you’re correct because I’m also trying to locate it. The only information has been the dealership trying to charge me $2500 which tells me that it’s not easy to access and probably in the above mentioned location. (Behind the air con unit) which requires removal of the entire dashboard to access. It will be tucked against the firewall.
