There is a simple way. You agree on a payment method (cash, check etc) . You meet and exchange the payment and the car/title.

So if I cant pay in full , then I have to take out a loan?? M was told that I would be paying through Cargurus which is what confused me. I dont want to take a loan out because I can pay the down and do montly payments. But is a loan the only way to purchase the car? Even if I do cargurus and autopay does not make it easy calling them. So I have given up. Thanks for the help.
