OVERHEATING

OK LETS SEE WHAT YOU GOT, 98 CHEVY CAV 2.2 VIN 4
1. CAN YOU PROVIDE ME ALL FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL FROM
HELM
2. CAR SEEMS TO BE OVERHEATING,
3. SMOKE COMING OUT OF CAP - I HAD BEEN PUTTING WATER IN IT
4. TEMP GAGE GOES TO HOT THEN BACK TO COLD FREQUENTLY
5. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT GOES ON
6. AND ANOTHER CHECK SOMETHING COME ON
7. ANIT THEFT LIGHT STAYS ON
I HAD TAKEN THE CHIP  OUT OF PREVIOUS IGNITION AND REPLACE
WITH ONE THAT I HAD A KEY TO
8. WHEN REAL HOT ABS LIGHT NOW CAME ON
9. REPLACED THERMOSTAT, STILL NOTHING
10. HAVE AN AFTER MARKET STEREO INSTALLED
11. ONE OF STARTER AND ALTINATOR CIRCULAR WIRED RINGS
BROKE OFF SO I JUST WRAPPED STRIPPED WIRE AROUND TERMINAL
BEFORE BOLTING
12. ADDED A COUPLE OF EXTRA INTERIOR LIGHTS TO HEADLIGHTS
13. SOME KIND OF RELAY UNDER COILS TO THE RIGHT OF OIL,
CONNECTED TO ENGINE UNPLUGGED AND PINS WERE PUSHED IN,
SO I GOT THEM OUT AND RECONNECTED RELAY
14. THE COVER WHERE AIR FILTER HAD BEEN BROKEN, SO I GORILLA
GLUED IT BACK
15.A WHILE BACK ONE OF THE SPARK PLUG HOLE WAS STRIPPED SO
I RETHREADED ADDED THREAD WIRING
16. UNDERNEATH CAR SAW LEAK COMING FROM WHERE EXHAUST
PIPE CONNECTS TO BLOCK WHERE THERE IS An O2 SENSOR W
PURPLE WIRE
17. ALSO, LEAK WHERE THE MESH PART OF EXHAUST AND TOWARDS
END TAILPIPE BIG EXHAUST THINGYMAJIG
18. CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS STOLEN YEARS AGO, WAS
REPLACED WITH ANOTHER SOMETHING BUT WITHOUT REAR 02
SENSOR HOLE OR ATTACHED, SO NEVER HAD IT PUT BACK
19. NOW CAR WONT START, IT CRANKS BUT DOESN'T CATCH
20. NO MILKY WHITE NOTHING FROM OIL
22. LAST MORON WHO HAD CAR RECENTLY ADDED 40W SYNTHETIC
OIL TO THIS CAR WHILE CHANGING OIL
ANY IDEAS HOW TO CEASE OVERHEATING PROBLEM AND GET THIS
PIECE STARTED? 911

No, I didn't make it past number 5, just a suggestion...lose the all capital letters and write complete properly punctuated sentences if you expect anybody to read completely through this mess.
