what could be causing my 1992 ford festiva not to fire?

i'm not getting any fire to my coil

could be a dead battery - hope you at least checked it.

Not getting 12 volts TO your coil,,or not getting SPARK, out of your coil?? If no power TO the coil,It could be -ignition switch,fuse, or ignition relay..If no spark,,replace your ignition relay, and Crank-Sensor..Possibly, the coil is bad,but not likely..
