Check the heater Tape operation and check the heater tape and the flap cables are secured with the securing clips.
I did check those but still and even if I disconnect the heater is still hot more specially if in driving about 80km/h
Check the Air Con system has been correctly charged. Also check the thermostat is operating correctly.
