Hi Cathy! Well if you don't want to throw yourself on the mercy of the service manager of your local Chevy dealer (or flirt him up!) you can purchase an owners manual for your Blazer. There's one currently available on ebay, here's the link, good luck!: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1997-Chevrolet-Blazer-Owners-Manual_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ6760QQitemZ290041742717

Hi Cathy, with the radio turned off, hold down the "scan" button and set the clock with the "set" button, anyway this is the way you change the one in my Blazer, hopefully it works with yours!

1. Turn off radio. 2. Press "SET" to start the process. 3. Press "SCAN" to set hours. 4. Press "SEEK" to set minutes. 5. Press "SET" again to close and save your settings.
