I have a 97 Chevy Lumina it runs hot very quickly
(after the car warms up) the coolant Reserve is full
and when the heat is on it blows cool air . After it
overheats white smoke from the engine an a weird

Pull your oil dipstick an check an see if your oil looks Milky! Even check under the oil cap itself an see if there's Milky oil there. White smoke, more then likely you have a Blown head gasket!
Yep, blown head gasket. Sweet smell of the exhaust and the white smoke gives it away.
Cracked cylinder head or blown head gasket. Oil will not always have coolant in it when a head gasket is the problem.
