1996 Chevy Camaro no crank

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
So I was on my way to work one day I
stopped at a 711 to grab an energy drink , I
came back out and my car wouldn’t crank all
of a sudden . When I turn the key I hear a tick
and nothing and no warning , I’ve replaced
the starter , battery ( which was verified bad )
, and even the ignition coils . At this point I’m
pretty sure it’s either the alternator or
potentially the security system , I don’t know
much about cars but I’ve been learning . I
have a 96 camaro 3.8 L engine . Any help ?

Thank you soo much I really appreciate it the battery was dead and wouldn’t hold a charge but i replaced it , do you know How to access the ignition my friends been helping me and his cylinder is easier to take out , would I have to remove a bolt behind the airbags ?

Would it still potentially be the ignition if the relays are receiving power I can here the ignition click then the relays it sounds like juice is going places just no actual ignition a series of clicks

So would replacing the cylinder be effective or would I absolutely have to go to a dealer instead of like a lock Smith ?
