Where can the frame specs be found?

I'm rebuilding a front end wreck, I know the right front frame rail is bent, maybe the left is oushed out, how do I measure and what are the correct measurements?

A dealer body shop will have this information for you. Also, the factory Body manual for your vehicle may have this information contained as well.
