Test confirm fix rebuild replace, don't just throw parts on it, figure out what it can do and won't do. For instance a water pump will not stop it from running, unless it leaked and it ran hot and blew the engine up. Is it turning over when you turn the key? Is there anything else you can tell me about what it is doing or not doing. Why the distributor and coil did you confirm it had no spark and it also had no fuel pressure too kinda wierd., Check all fuses and connections. Find out if there is fuel pressure and if there is spark, if both are gone then look for the relays and those fuses, computer is good ect. fuel and spark both would not go out at same time 99% of the time due to pump and coil dist
