is it comming apart????or is it turning something/ac/alt/wpump/ps/ IDLER PULLEY thats making a noise???
The belt is likely not the problem. It is probably and idler, tensioner or defective a/c clutch or compressor. My bet is the idler pulley bearing is bad.
