1994 gmc jimmy 4.3l vortec, no spark unless i disconnect est connector at ignition module and reconnect then have spark

Thanks, will check in morning. Had a bad ignition module, replaced module and pick up coil. Will start and run, shut off for a while, and intermittently it will loose spark. Found that disconnecting the 4 wire est connector and reconnecting it, vehicle will start and run fine. Have over 30 years experience, but been chrysler for last 15 years, truck is kicking my butt
