My 406 makes a noise under the car when I go on a bump on the road; happening for a while now

Could it be the sway bars?  The car does not roll I believe.  Pl advise on my problem and
what should I do?  Thank you.

The trouble with your description is it's so vague it could be literally anything from a worn suspension component to a broken exhaust rubber allowing the exhaust pipe to bounce up and hit the underside of the car.
