Sometimes they are written in all sorts of places. Maybe somebody that has one will have a suggestion on where to look. But if all else fails the factory default code is stored in the PCM and the dealer can fetch it out

There was a plastic card shipped with the vehicle with the 5-digit code. This was sometimes left in the glovebox, but should have been placed in the owner's manual. Years ago the factory would put a small sticker with the code on the trunk hinge, or attach it to the hood, or on the cover of the fuse box or PCM. I'd look in those places first, as most dealers will charge you to pull the code from the computer (it takes a minimum of 10 minutes for security reasons).
I've been looking for two days now of and on for the personal entry code for my 2013 Lincoln MKS. They sure know how to hide it. Also, we're supposed to get it to display in the message center by putting one of the key fobs in the key slot in the glove box, right side, then start the ignition, then turn it off, insert the second fob in the slot and start the ignition again. At that point the key fob is supposed to show for a few seconds in the message center. Nothing happened for me. Wondering what else I can do to find it. I don't want to pay my dealer $65 to retrieve it. Ray

On the Ford Escapes for 2012 and 2011 maybe more the access code is a small number printed on the access panel control module inside the center console which has to be disassembled. It is probably printed on the Lincoln control module too but I'm not sure where it's located.
I had to find this for my mkx when I purchased it used. The dealership wanted to charge me bigtime. I found this. Lie with your head in the driver side foot area. Look to the side and there is a fuse box. Using a flashlight, there is a sticker with a 5 digit code stuck within the area, (may have a letter after it, disregard this) That is your door entry code.
Where did you look to find the door code
Where did you look on your MKS to find your door code
I never found it in my 2013 Lincoln MKS. I did manage to talk my dealer into emailing it to me. My current 2014 Lincoln MKS has it in a see-through pocket of my owner's manual case.

@Sharon - Thank you! I was looking for the label for a 2012 MKZ. After reading your post I found the label on the fuse box cover (it did have a letter after it) and was able to reset the code. Kudos!!
On the 2010 Lincoln Mks under the dash on the driver side on the back of the fuse box
On 2010 lincoln mms it's on the back of fuse box on the driver side under the dashboard
Locate keypad code on 2012 Lincoln MKZ. On fuse box you will find a 5 digit code. You may have to remove cover to see it. The dealership quoted me $130.00 to locate keypad code for a 5 minute job, go figure.
Attempting to locate the code for my 2011 Lincoln MKS has taught me to skip the internet know-it-all crew and go to the source. After searching and trying every method I could find on YouTube and a variety of internet sites all night last night (literally until 3 am) and the majority of the evening today I finally wised up and called the Lincoln concierge service. I was informed that they STOPPED putting the code on stickers in the Lincoln MKS (as well as a variety of other Lincoln vehicles) after 2007 because of security issues. If you have a 2015 or above you can retrieve the code electronically through your system. So the bottom line is I'll have to go to the dealership and have them retrieve the code. It's not great news, but perhaps I can help someone else avoid wasting hours of their life on a snipe hunt.
Thanks to everyone. I found my code (2012 Lincoln MKX) as suggested under the driver side on the fuse box. As stated just disregard the letter on the end.

How do I find a code for the Lincoln Mks 2010
I found the code (2014 Lincoln MKT) under the driver side on the fuse box. Disregard the letter on the end.
Lincoln Dealer wanted $195 to look up my 2014 Lincoln MKS securicode. I laughed at him and made a point to try & find it myself right there at the service checkin area. I found my 2014 Lincoln MKS ecoboost 5 digit securicode physical sticker. It’s as clear as day to see the sticker mounted on the left side wall of the driver seat footwell if you remove the lower molding that encompasses the hood latch release and passenger compartment fuse box, as this molding runs along the entire driver footwell. Then push the driver seat all the way to the rear position so you have enough room to contort your body and head into the foot pedal well. You can’t miss it. If you still can’t see it, recommend turning your phone on video mode with constant light flash and move the phone around the area in vicinity of driver side fuse box and eventually the video will catch the sticker with the 5 digit code or 5 digit +1 letter which you obviously ignore. Also using the dual key fob check also work. First make sure both keys actually function properly. Insert 1st key into the slot on the right side inside glove compartment. Push engine start BUT WITHOUT YOUR FOOT ON THE BRAKE -DO NOT START THE ENGINE, wait about 5 seconds then push the engine start again. Remove 1st key from the slot and insert second key. Again hit engine start but without your foot on the brake and then wait 5 seconds or so and push engine start again. Your code will show up on the left left lcd screen of the speedometer.
2014 MKX tried the key fob in the center consol exercise, but could not get it to work, finally looked in the drivers foot well and found in near the fuse box.
I am looking for my entry code in my used 2016 Lincoln mix. I tried looking on fuse box but couldnt find it. Where else could I look
On my 2014 MKS there is a procedure in the manual. You place a mykey in the key slot in the glove box, press and hold the start button and brake, insert a second mykey in the slot and repeat. The factory code flashes on the touch screen for a few seconds.
Unfortunately this does not work on my 2014 Lincoln MKS.
I've tried everything and nothing works. I shouldn't have to pay for them to look up the code because it should be WRITTEN in the owner's handbook and not on a card that apparently people remove to put in their wallets. While researching, I found out that even if you change the code to your own code, the factory code will still work. That isn't a good idea because you never know who has the code and all they have to do is key in the code and have access to your vehicle. I know, without a key they can't start the car but still the idea that someone can possibly have access to your vehicle....IJS
I have a 2012 Lincoln MKZ and found if you remove the panel with the trunk button on it, use your camera with a light and take a picture, you can easily see it and you can put the panel back very easily.
