Dealer advertised an 07 GMC for $4,555.00.
Called the dealer and was told that price was valid
if financing only. Cash price is $6,555.00.
This is deceptive advertising. CarGurus should not
accept advertising from any dealers that practice
this without disclosures.

Yeah, I contacted them before too. They act surprised, like did you see the price on our website? Then they tell you they cannot control 3rd party websites, but everyone knows dealers inventory is listed everywhere. They post $1995 down in the ad, but I agree, this is NOT honest business practice, it's sneaky and deceptive at best. I had my own financing, and they didn't want my business. Lucky for me, I kept on looking and found a way better deal than they could ever offer. Cargurus should ban these dealers who do not post the REAL price.
