Where can I get the information on how to install a 454 into
a 1969 sierra 1500 ???

You need a muscle car/truck forum or one more hot rod oriented. Try H.A.M.B., (jalopyjournal.com). in addition you might want to pick up a manual for your 69 truck from Chilton, Haynes, or Mitchell or even a factory manual. If the truck came from the factory with a small block you'll have some changes to make (like motor mounts, springs/front end, transmission, etc.)

If you need a how to guide this project is probably over your head. This should be a straight forward conversion if you know what you are doing. A big block engine was an option in your truck so this is pretty much a "bolt in" conversion with stock parts.
