the drain hole probably has a few spiders blocking it. Take a high pressure air blast to the exit to clear it out~
ive already checked the the drian hose and its actually blowing air out of it, but it doesn't release any water

they re-used the name Hi-lux. when did they start makin' them again, I wonder. Used to be a no-nonsense pickup truck then they stopped making them, now they are making them again...wonder when they started again?
It could be that the condensation is freezing on the coil. When you turn the A/C off, it melts and drains out.
Tenspeed (predecessor of the 13 speed) I think might be on to something. Try running from now on with the thermostat control not cranked and your widows rolled up for the compressor needs to cycle from time to time to avoid a freeze up. Are you a smoker?

if condensation is freezing, that can only mean one thing....low refrigerant level. get it serviced~
It actually happens to a lot of cars. People want to know what the puddles are under the car after they park for a while. If there wasn't any freezing, the water would be dripping out all the time as they drove and there would be smaller puddles under the car when parked.

worked as a refrigeration tech at Tempco in West Allis, WI 1982-1983, know about too much or not enough refrigerant...it's a balancing act, there are special gauges to tell you if the system has the correct amount of pressure in there~
You're right about that Judge. I take the car in for A/C service. There's a lot of mysterious things going on and everything looks the same when it's good or bad.
