what is the top speed of the ferrari dino

Most of the literature of the day seems to range from 142 to 148 for a 246 dino... I imagine the variance is between euro or U.S. models...i.e gear, power, and weight differences... but those speeds seem pretty accurate. The Dino shouldn't win any top speed shoot-outs but on a tight twisty road there are few cars that can match it for enjoyment.
