Refitting rear seat backrest

Greetings!
I have a 1964 Ford Galaxie 500Xl two door vehicle.
I have been trying and trying to figure out how to
get the rear seat backrest in place, so far the
project is causing me some grief, but the neighbor
is learning a lot more " Adjectives"!
Any help you can provide would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks man. The "issue" I have is the center speaker which cannot be removed, well, it can, but once the rear seat is in place the speaker then cannot be re-fitted! I see the "butterfly" shaped hooks alright and the two corresponding bolt holes at the bottom, but try as I/we/us have been pushing, and shoving, trying different angle the mother*****er still will not fit back in place!

The wire support for the "Butterfly" type of suspension hook.
