I don't know what you mean by Fender welds. There are no welds on the front fenders. They are bolted on, If you are trying to remove the front fenders. There are bolts along the top of the fender just inside the hood along the edge plus one under the fender just infront of the door and one behind the fender inside the door jam just below the windshield. If you need parts for your Galaxie you can try Dearborn Classics, AutoKrafters, Mac's antique parts. There are others but these are the most popular and they have printed catalogs available and they are listed on the web, just google their names for their websites. Good Luck, Kenny / MrBlueOval.

I think you are talking about fender"wells" not fender welds. New fender wells would have a Ford part number of C8AZ-16054-A for the passenger side and C8AZ-16055-A for the driver's side. I checked my national locator and found the following: Try Dennis Carpenter in North Carolina and give him those part numbers. They are on the web at http://www.dennis-carpenter.com/ I believe he should have one of them. You can also try Greensalescompany.com, dearbornclassics.com and macsautoparts.com, for new old stock parts. They all have printed catalogs too. You can also try the following for rustfree used parts: http://autoKrafters.com, http://blueoval6079.com/ , http://www.ctcautoranch.com , http://www.sunmanford.net just to name a few. You can also join the Ford Galaxie Club at http://www.galaxieclub.com for help with your Galaxie., Good Luck, Kenny / MrBlueOval
