supercharged rb20?

thinkin bwt superchargin my rb20de using a sc14 supercharger anyone done this before and hav ne advice?

Dunno man, I think you would need a bigger bottom end to actually move the supercharger belt. If you had an rb25/30 combo that would probably work, otherwise the rb20de is too small an engine

Check on the GTROC forum and there is a very recent topic regarding this. Abbey motorsport have looked into supercharging a RB26 and didnt have much success, and believe there is much skyline they cant do.

oh yeah sweet shot guys.. i saw a rb20 supercharger kit on trade me but forgot to see what it came with befor it closed but it was only 7 hundy and it had videos of it doin a skid.. sounded fukin beutifull haha but yeah il do sum more investigatin and tell u how i go

Jason had it right as its my friend Claire who had her R33 GTS supercharged by Abbey. Speak with them my friend & see what they have to say but it won't be cheap. Your better off going for an engine swap.

Turbos and RB's are ment to be together ! would be a shame to loose massive spike of power and torque when the 20's come on boost :) and they sound great over 8000rpm !!! I set the limiter on mine at 8800rpm :) love it !!!!

yeah i love a good turbo skyline dnt get me wrong but everyones done it before.. would be nice to be different

yep a mate has done it and goes like a turbo one ... turbo is easier to do
