After driving 15-20 minutes the truck
starts to stall and shuts down. Cranks
and runs after it sets a while?

pour some fuel in the carb when it does that , if it fires up it's a fuel problem , check the fuel lines for rot , One problem that may occur is where the fuel line goes over the rear axle , if it's rotted on the top it won't leak , the pump will suck more and more air
