I have a 92 Corvette they said the head gasket is blown but water and all is not mixing could it be something else

A blown head gasket does not mean automatically that you have anti freeze in your oil you can have a blown head gasket if the gasket blows between to cylinders causing mixing of compression to the two cylinders.
