i am not able to start my car but radio is working

when i inserted my key in my Optra automatic transmission i was not able to start it but
radio ac and windows are working properly.
pls suggest really fast what should i do now.

Is it cranking over but just not starting or not cranking over at all? Check gear selection to in sure that it is in "PARK"
