The 4 signifies your vechical is all wheel drive. If you see a srx without the 4, that means its front wheel drive

That first answer is Not necessarily true. I have an 04 Cadillac SRX. that’s not badged srx 4 and is an awd v8. I’m pretty sure all the first gen srx’s we’re only badged srx. if you open the hood and look across the front it has a yellow sticker. That says awd vehicle do not use on rwd dyno. I’m almost positive they were not srx4 badged until 09(second gen)

The first answer is absolutely true. If an SRX is badged SRX4, it is 4 wheel drive. The first answer was the correct response to the way the question was worded.

Are the rotors on a Srx4 the same as a Srx two wheel drive

If it is a first generation SRX and doesn’t say 4, it is rear wheel drive, not front wheel drive.
