What is the difference between a Cadillac XLR and a XLR Premium Package? Is there a XLR V Premium?

I can't find any where what difference the "Premium" makes. I understand the difference
in the XLR and XLR V. Is Premium different leather, paint, sound system, appearance? If not here, where can I find out? Kim
