I tried to list my 2017 Genesis but, your site makes me go to hyundai and then Genesis which only lists to 2016. How do I list a 2017 Genesis?

You could list it as a 2016 and tell people it is a 2017 in the description. Use the Contact Us button and ask CG's to update their menus.
