If you're looking at an M Coupe, you'll get the engine that BMW puts in it. Sorry to be blunt, but these cars aren't like pickup trucks or American cars with multiple engine choices. Each model number has a standard engine which is why there are multiple model numbers under each series (that and there's more standard/optional equipment as the model numbers climb). BMW. doesn't have any optional engines under the model numbers (the M Coupe is it's own model number in the series). As such, there isn't any optional engines in the M Series coupes. I believe that engine is a twin turbo straight 6, which, frankly, is the best engine BMW builds. The 2.0 4 cylinder turbo isn't in the M Coupe. That's in the 328i.
