Any water applied to windshield rain,snow major leaking, in Minnesota i has Icicles INSIDE! and impacts the electrical system.
Hel/advise regarding repairs

I've had this happen a couple of times to a 2000 Disco II. The first time I changed the pan to the sunroof. Also applied a liberal amount of silicone to the plastic housing before re installation. What had happened was the plastic piece that connects the drain tube had cracked due to age and the Florida heat. four years later it started again. This time I just RTV'd the damn thing shut! No leaks at all for the rest of the time before I sold the truck.
