It sounds like the abs speed sensors . They may be part of the wheel bearings . You'll need a tech with a scan tool to determine the right one,you have 4 of them

A common problem seen in Discovery Series II vehicles is series of three warning lights displaying in your dash. When this error occurs, you will see the following three lights illuminated on your Disco's dashboard simultaneously: Hill Decent ABS Traction Control Most often, the culprits are a faulty shuttle valve or a failed ABS sensor.
