Rattle in the glove department

My car been service .. but it makes this awful sound in the glove department box ..
it's nothing in there but paper and the people who service the car says it's nothing wrong .. but I believe it is .. can anyone help me

I had the same problem with my vw everyone said that I was hearing things. I been to the dealer they couldn't find anything wrong . So I took matters in my hand and found the noise and fix it. It turned out to be the blower motor blades I changed the blower motor and fan blades no more noise.
