ok, I am a female and know nothing about cars....on the panel it shows that (and you can hear it kick on) that the AC or heater turns on...but it does not blow air??? before it stopped blowing air it only blew air on high... how do I know if its just the panel that needs replaced or a new blower motor??? Please Help..

yes it it all the way up...it does not do anything....but when you turn the ac or heater on you can hear it click on...
