1998 Range Rover cranks won't start

I replaced a head gasket on my 1998
Range Rover . Ran fine before . Put it back
together . Cranks but won't start . No
spark. Replaced the CPS . Has fuel at rail.
Message center has gone dark .

Check the fuses to see if you blew one. Did you disconnect the battery when you worked on it?
