Honestly, I have no faith in Suzuki's. We used to joke about the sidekick as being a "suicide kick". All tested FAILED due to bad catalytic converter. Perhaps their crotch-rockets are spiffy. Honda's proven resale value is hard to argue with.

If the timing belt was changed on time, and the CARFAX is free of major problems. I'd say go for it. (actually rather fond of the MINI, and don't understand why anybody could drive anything else)
