Engine wont start after being washed with water

A good chance water got sprayed onto spark plugs or the battery got wet.

A bunch of the sensors may have shorted out possibly. And I agree with Teal about the spark plug thing.

Pull the spark plug wires out... Blow some air with a pressure hose. Let it dry for some time and give it a try.
